Double evaporator with dual air flow gives equalised temperature throughout the display area. Designed for extreme climatic conditions, holds product in class 4+: 35°C / 70% RH.

A variety of modules in a different length and also curved (gelato, heated, refrigerated, ambient) all of which are multiplexable.

A wide range of pastry cases with static or fan ventilated refrigeration. Available with two or three shelves (with drawer).
